When do items ship?
All items will ship within 5 business days.
Who will unload my order?
Customers are responisbile for unloading all shipments. Please have adequate manpower avilable to unload the shipment.
What if my order is damaged?
Please inspect the merchandise carefully upon receipt. Mark any noticeable damage or shortages on the freight bill upon delivery. Freight claims cannot be filed unless the bill of lading is marked with damages or shortages at the time of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We have extensive experience shipping internationally. We work with experiencd brokers to ship your product in the most efficient manner possible.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment by check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
We do accept purchase orders (PO's). Please call our sales office for more information.
