Returns Policy
No merchandise may be returned without authorization from Greenhouse World. Refunds will not include the original freight charge and customer is responsible for the return freight charge.
Restocking Fees
Up to 30 days from invoice date - 15% restocking fee
31-90 days from invoice date - 25% restocking fee
Over 91 days from invoice date - No refund
Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Refunds will not be given for custom, non-stocked or field altered materials.
Greenhouse World must approve warranty returns before replacement items are shipped.
Shortages
Please report all merchandise discrepancies (shortages, overages, incorrect materials, etc.) to Greenhouse World immediately upon receipt of shipment. You will be billed for replacement material if not reported to Greenhouse World within 30 days after receiving shipment.
